Privacy Policy
How eBurst Services Inc collects, uses and protects your information.
Effective date: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how eBurst Services Inc, doing business as eBurst Website (“eBurst,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or use our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit the contact form, the software and app request form, or the estimator, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, the service you’re interested in, your budget range, the platforms and features you choose, and your message.
- Client information: when you become a client, we collect billing contacts, invoices and payment records, and the content, logins and materials you give us for your project.
- Technical information: our web server automatically records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request, for security and troubleshooting.
We don’t collect payment-card numbers on this website. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own security standards.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare estimates and proposals you request
- To deliver, support and bill for the services you purchase
- To send service notices such as maintenance reports, invoices and security alerts
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, payment processing, invoicing and CRM, and the ManageWP platform for care-plan clients. They may use the information only to provide those services.
- When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Cookies & local storage
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It stores a few preferences only in your own browser:
- your light or dark theme
- your WordPress or custom-coded selection
- your estimator selections, so they can be sent with your enquiry
The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie to prevent spam submissions. A service worker caches pages so the site loads quickly and works offline. You can clear all of this at any time in your browser settings. We use Google Fonts to display text, which means your browser requests font files from Google.
Client project data
When we build or maintain a website for you, we may have access to your site’s data, including your customers’ information. We process that data only to provide the services you have asked for, keep it confidential, and do not use it for our own purposes. You are responsible for your own website’s privacy policy and legal compliance toward your customers.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months if it doesn’t lead to a project. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and for up to 7 years afterward to meet tax and legal requirements.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption, security headers, access controls, and reputable providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices & rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@eburstwebsite.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as those laws require.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
This website may link to other websites, such as example sites or partner platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
