Care plan FAQ
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and include two months free.
Professional, Enterprise, Commerce Growth and Commerce Enterprise plans include malware cleanup at no extra charge. On Essential plans, cleanup is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Unlimited and Commerce Unlimited plans let you submit as many requests as you like — edits, new pages, design tweaks, small features and product uploads. We work one request at a time in the order you set, so there’s always progress. Each request should be roughly four hours or less; larger projects like redesigns or new systems are quoted separately.
Included edit and development time resets each month; it doesn’t roll over. Additional work is billed at our hourly rate or can be scoped as a project.
